• Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• We take great care in packaging your items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at serenid.pr@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item(s).

• While refunds are not available, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
